본 협회의 명칭은 대한싱가포르골프협회(이하 협회)라 한다.
협회는 대한민국과 싱가포르 간 골프 교류 및 골프 발전을 목적으로 하며 다음 사업을 수행한다.
협회의 주된 사무소는 싱가포르에 둔다.
협회의 사업연도는 매년 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지로 한다.
회원은 다음과 같이 구분한다.
협회에 가입하고자 하는 자는 정해진 회원가입신청서를 제출하여야 하며, 협회의 승인을 받아 회원이 된다.
정회원은 협회가 개최하는 공식 행사 및 대회에 참여할 수 있으며, 정관이 정하는 바에 따라 의결권을 가진다.
회원은 다음 사항을 준수하여야 한다.
회원은 서면으로 탈퇴할 수 있다.
회비를 장기간 납부하지 않거나 협회의 명예를 훼손한 경우 운영위원회의 의결로 회원자격을 정지 또는 상실시킬 수 있다.
협회에는 다음의 임원을 둔다.
임원의 임기는 2년으로 하며 연임할 수 있다.
회장은 협회를 대표하고 협회의 업무를 총괄한다.
감사는 협회의 회계 및 업무를 감사하고 그 결과를 총회에 보고한다.
총회는 협회의 최고 의결기관으로 한다.
정기총회는 매년 1회 개최한다.
총회에서는 다음 사항을 의결한다.
협회의 원활한 운영을 위하여 운영위원회를 둔다.
운영위원회는 다음 사항을 심의의결한다.
협회의 재정은 다음 수입으로 충당한다.
회원의 회비는 다음과 같이 정한다.

회비 금액은 창립총회 또는 정기총회의 의결에 따라 변경할 수 있다.
연회비는 매년 1월 31일까지 납부하는 것을 원칙으로 한다.
협회는 매 사업연도 종료 후 결산을 작성하고 총회의 승인을 받아야 한다.
정관을 변경하고자 할 경우 총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.
협회의 해산은 총회의 의결에 따른다.
협회가 해산하는 경우 잔여재산의 처분은 관계 법령 및 총회의 의결에 따른다.
본 정관은 창립총회에서 승인된 날부터 시행한다.
본 정관에 정하지 아니한 사항은 협회의 관련 규정 및 싱가포르의 관계 법령에 따른다.
